Huge iron gates keep this stunning 19th century manor house with it’s 2.7 ha of grounds, surrounded by its own woodland secluded and private. The wooded rural location provides numberous bridlepaths and country walks, there is also a stable block, a tenis court, 2 small hangers and a large hanger within the grounds. It is situated on the edge of a pretty Bretton village far enough to feel like you are in the country but near enough to be able to walk to, which has a few bars, restuarants, bakers, chemist and an infant school, only 7 minutes from the historical town of Guemene- Sur-Scorff and within easy access to Dinard (1hr 40mins), Nantes (2hrs) and the prot of St Malo (1hr 40mins). The manor is very good structuraly and inside it has been mostly renovated but some of the rooms still need to be decorated.
