The studio chalet is more recently built and can sleep up to 4 people.
Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, dining area with bread-oven fireplace, twin sofa bed & utility room.
Mezzanine floor: 2 beds, bathroom & WC, large wardrobe & balcony with view.
Outbuildings: Chalet garage, with a loft office space and a large wood workshop below, outdoor chalet cooking area (built-in bar-bq, bread/pizza oven, stone sink, gas cooker), a sauna (4-5p) & 3 parking places.
Gardens: The landscaped garden has a large rare collection of mill stones & stone well carefully lit at night. A children’s playhouse & climbing frame are located on the east side, a large levelled lawn area in front of the chalet and to the east another large lawn area (400 m2).
The chalet is perfectly located at the end of the village of Tincave and benefits from a splendid unobstructed view over the National Park of “la Vanoise” and the “Vallee de Bozel”. The property is south facing and therefore benefits from a lot of sunshine, it overlooks the resorts of Courchevel, La Tania & Les Praz (courchevel 1300). The access time to the ski resort are as follows:
Courchevel (3 Vallees access): 20mn
Les Praz & La Tania (3 Vallees access): 15mn
Champagny (La Plagne): 15mn
Bozel (main shopping town – free bus access to the resorts): 6 mn
Development: All 1400m2 of land are classed as “buildable”. The land stretches below the road (straight access to water and electricity) and could accommodate the construction of 2 chalets to the east (with parking) and 1 to the west. Plans have also been drawn for the extension of the main chalet and can be provided on request.
